** As charged by the Mackay Regional Council from time to time. Council charge as at 1 July 2020 is $2.72 per kilolitre (no GST applicable) and is generally reassessed/increased by council around the middle of each calendar year.
Port charges levied are those applicable on the date the ship departs the berth or mooring area.
The due date for payment of port charges is 30 days from the date of invoice (or as otherwise indicated on the invoice).
All debts not paid by the due date may incur interest based on the Commonwealth Bank Overdraft Reference Rate plus 2%, charged daily from the due date until the total debt (port charges plus any accrued interest) is paid in full.
NQBP may recover an administrative fee (minimum of $100) and any additional administration costs or legal costs (including any external legal costs based on invoiced accounts) incurred by NQBP as part of the debt recovery process in addition to the invoiced port charges and any accrued interest (these fees and charges are deemed to be an additional port charge).
